As a member of the Learning Technology Team you will be responsible for assessing business needs and managing the development and delivery of training, online systems, and documentation throughout our global operations. 

Position Organizational Structure

This role reports: Directly into the Manager, Learning Technology Solutions

Position Accountabilities

• Ensure accurate maintenance of training records
• Support development of and execution of digitalized learning and development plans centered around organizational needs and talent skill gaps
• Develop standard work processes, accountabilities, and communication
• Create, refine, and disseminate training manuals and other educational materials in order to develop content in our Learning Management System
• Provide Learning Management Systems support for global operations
• Provide support and guidance to our L&D partners through the world
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that production demands are effectively being met from the standpoint of overall work flow and throughput
• Make effective and practical decisions based on analysis, experience and appropriate stakeholder input

Qualifications:

• Certificate in a related field of study
• Demonstrated ability to design and deliver training and professionally interact with diverse groups on a wide range of technical matters is required
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills and presentation skills
• Effective time management and organizational skills
• Effectively communicate in a professional manner
• Information searching abilities, questioning and feedback skills, customer service orientation and commitment to quality, responsibility, and high work standards.
• Ability to prioritize and organize workflow and interact at the management level.
• An understanding of corporate etiquette and the ability to ask the right questions to understand true business needs is essential.

Preferred Characteristics:

• Education or experience in aviation is an asset
• Experience in a Learning Management Systems
• Experience with E-Leaning software including Articulate software package 
• Proficient in the use of computers, familiarity with Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point, and integrated systems considered an asset
• Background in a regulated manufacturing environment

Working Environment:

• Must be able to spend extended periods of time working at a computer or on the phone
• Must be willing to travel as required
