Job Description:

Tasks

  • Collaborate with IT teams to integrate security practices into day-to-day operations.
  • Support and optimize IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, including incident, change, and problem management using tools like JIRA, OTRS, and ServiceNow.
  • Maintain and automate workflows using scripting languages (JavaScript, SQL)
  • Provide operational support across Windows and Unix/Linux environments.
  • Monitor system health, investigate service disruptions, and ensure high availability and performance.
  • Maintain and troubleshoot virtualization platforms (e.g., VMware), including patching and backup processes.
  • Provide level 1 and 2 IT support, handle escalations, and ensure knowledge transfer across teams.
  • Work closely with SIEM platforms (QRadar, Splunk) to detect anomalies and support incident investigations.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of professional experience in IT operations and Information Security.
  • Experience with SIEM platforms such as QRadar and Splunk.
  • Experience in operating systems (Windows, Unix/Linux) and virtualization (e.g., VMWare).
  • Broad background in 1st and 2nd-level IT administration, service desk, system monitoring, and troubleshooting.
  • Experience with security and compliance tools: Qualys, WIZ, XDR, PingCastle, QRadar, Splunk.
  • Familiarity with ticketing systems (JIRA, OTRS, SNOW)
  • Strong English communication skills.
  • Ability to absorb and process complex technical and regulatory information.
  • Knowledge of ITSM best practices and processes.
  • Familiar with Change, Incident, and Problem Management workflows.
