Primary Job Duties

· Coordinate and secure hotel reservations for crewmembers

· Liaison with Hotel booking company

· Book and monitor all pilot and flight attendant deadhead flights to secure travel

· Research and reschedule flights as necessary

· Make changes and updates required to resolve displaced crewmember’s schedules

· Daily/Weekly auditing of crew hotel and flight bookings

· Receive & respond to calls/chats with crewmembers

· Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor


Job Requirements:


· Proficient in MS Office including Outlook, Excel, Word, Teams

· Must demonstrate detailed record keeping techniques

· Flexibility in schedule to work overtime as needed to meet deadlines

· Flexible, with strong detail skills and capability of assuming responsibility

· Ability to work under tight time constraints

· Must be able to effectively communicate verbally, electronically, and in person with crewmembers, management and others

· Ability to adapt to change quickly and positively

· Ability to work with others as part of a team and work under stressful condition

· People oriented, highly motivated, with a positive and cooperative attitude


Physical and Other Requirements

Shift is 0700-1800 Su-W or W-Sa with every other W offMust be willing to relocate to St. George, UT, no remote optionModerate noise (business office with computers, printers, light traffic, and Group setting)Sitting for extended periods of time in front of a computer and on the phone
