The role:

An exciting opportunity to join British Airways as a Reward Change Analyst has arisen!

Working in our wider Corporate Affairs team, you will lead the end-to-end Reward change management lifecycle; assessing change impacts, planning business readiness and ensuring change is fully embedded across one or more of the projects within Reward’s strategic transformation programme.

What you’ll do:

  • Assist with production of all relevant change deliverables within each project’s lifecycle.
  • Assist with tailoring the reward change plans based on a variety of factors, including the complexity of the change and established ways of working within the teams impacted.
  • Support the development of engagement plans, utilising internal communications channels.
  • Work closely with IT/project management and reward counterparts to ensure key change activity is appropriately represented throughout all project documentation, including project plan, RAID log and project status reports.
  • Support changes to the global pay review process, ensuring we remain compliant to the requirements of the reward governance framework.
  • Support with the development and implementation of any new systems or processes.

What you’ll bring to British Airways:

  • Excellent numeracy and communication skills with the ability to deliver change project analytics in a clear and engaging manner.
  • Proficiency in project change management and key principles and methodologies.
  • Strong collaboration skills and able to expertly act as a trusted change advisor on change analytics.
  • Advanced MS Office ability.

Your experience:

  • Qualification and/or experience in a related field.
  • Good understanding of change management principles and methodologies.
  • Previous experience of Reward benefits, including insurance, multi-national pooling policies is desirable.
