- A receptionist is responsible for being the first point of contact for visitors, handling incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks.
- Key duties include greeting guests, answering and routing phone calls, scheduling appointments, managing mail, and maintaining the reception area.
- This role requires excellent communication, organizational skills, and a professional demeanor to ensure a positive first impression for the organization.
This would be for a weekend shift (Friday – Monday 8:30am – 7:00pm). The hourly pay rate is going to be based on experience. the pay rate is between $20.00 - $22.00 and hour.
