To be considered for the role, you must meet the below requirements:
- Degree or Honours and 5+ years' experience in Human Resources, Flight Operations, Administration, Recruitment/Selection
- Experience working with various selection processes (Digital assessments, video interviewing, telephone interviewing, reference checks)
- Ability to organise selection and skills assessments (In tray activities, work samples, presentation topics)
- Familiarity with HR databases, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and Content Management Systems (CMS) systems
