Modification Planner

The Modifications Planner is responsible for project managing the implementation of all Engineering Modifications (MODs) and campaigns, creating a high-level accomplishment plan for each Modification that has been recommended and approved by Fleet Technical Management (FTM) Engineering teams.

What you’ll be doing:

In this role, you will plan and oversee the accomplishment of MODs approved by the Fleet Technical Management team, ensuring timely delivery within budget. You will coordinate with stakeholders, manage resources, and adapt plans as needed. Responsibilities include progress reporting, cost monitoring, compliance with regulations, and chairing MOD meetings. You will also develop yearly MOD plans, ensure system accuracy, and create the Winter LBM plan to address key maintenance needs.

What you’ll need to do the role:

The ideal candidate will have experience in airline aircraft modification planning and a strong understanding of EASA, FOCA, and CAA regulations. They will be detail-oriented, adaptable, and solution-focused, with the ability to follow issues through to resolution. Strong communication and coordination skills are essential for working with suppliers and customers. The role requires proficiency in project planning, identifying critical paths, and ensuring deadlines are met. Intermediate to advanced knowledge of MS Office is required, and experience with AMOS is an advantage.

Location & Hours of Work

This full-time role will be based in Luton and will be 40 hours per week. We support hybrid working and spend 60% of our time in the office.
