Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Manufacturing Execution System Administrator to support and maintain the sites Manufacturing Execution System (MES). This role plays a critical part in defining manufacturing processes, managing traceability, streamlining instructions, and supporting production through digital systems. The ideal candidate will be collaborative, technically skilled, and capable of working across multiple teams to improve manufacturing efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
Administer, maintain, and support the sites MES system to ensure reliable operation of production processes.
Contribute to the design and implementation of MES-related improvements and enhancements.
Support and maintain integrated applications and databases that interact with the MES platform.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify, diagnose, and resolve MES issues, acting as a liaison between manufacturing teams and IT.
Assist in process automation initiatives and digital transformation projects.
Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation related to MES usage, maintenance, and technical specifications.
Education Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Computer Programming, or a related technical field.
Required Skills & Experience:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in a Manufacturing Execution System (MES) administration role.
Proficient programming knowledge, including SQL and BRF+.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective cross-department collaboration.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
