Job Summary

Candidate will play a crucial role in supporting the Lean Six Sigma Program by conducting financial analyses, tracking project financials, and generating insightful reports. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of our program and make a significant impact on our organization. The ideal candidate will have experience managing financials of multiple projects that impact various teams WFS. The selected candidate will be versatile and able to multi-task and efficiently prioritize between initiatives to optimally support LSS Program leadership and the WFS organization

Responsibilities
  • Financial Analysis, Tracking and Reporting
  • Conduct comprehensive cost-benefit analyses for various projects within the air cargo handling sector.
  • Collaborate with program managers and other stakeholders to gather financial data and ensure accuracy in financial assessments.
  • Analyze financial implications of project decisions and provide recommendations for optimizing costs and maximizing benefits.
  • Develop and maintain detailed project financial models to track costs, revenues, and other financial metrics throughout the project lifecycles.
  • Monitor project budgets, identify variances, and work closely with program managers to address financial issues in a timely manner.
  • Conduct regular reviews of project financials and provide updates to relevant stakeholders.
  • Create and present analytical reports to showcase the financial status of projects, highlighting key insights and trends.
  • Prepare financial summaries for executive leadership, enabling informed decision-making.
  • Develop standardized reporting templates and dashboards to streamline reporting processes.
  • Collaborate with program managers, finance teams, and cross-functional colleagues to ensure alignment between project goals and financial outcomes.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement in financial analysis and reporting.
  • Participate in project meetings to provide performance metric and financial performance insights and recommendations.
  • Work with the program managers to implement best practices for cost / benefit identification and tracking, and financial management and reporting.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests and tasks related to LSS Program management
  • Other duties may be assigned.
Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or a related field. Advanced degree (MBA, MSc) is a plus.
  • 3-5 years of experience.
  • Experience manipulating data in Power BI
Preferred Skills
  • Proven experience in financial analysis, preferably within the logistics or air cargo handling industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and communicate complex financial data.
  • Proficient in financial modeling and data analysis tools (e.g., Excel, financial software).
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality of work.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.
