About the role:
Responsible for all aspects of the control systems, servers, computers, computer network, and communication and electronics equipment within the Baggage Handling Systems (BHS) and the Hold Baggage Screening Systems (HBSS) including the data interfaces to other systems (such as BRS, DCS, CUTE, AODB, BRS, and Bl Database), responsible for ensuring appropriate technical maintenance and project activities related to BHS and HBSS. Accountable to provide leadership, guidance to the Operations & Maintenance (O&M) contractor, and BHS&HBSS maintenance team in order to ensure the required system performance, security, and availability.
Key responsibilities
- Responsible to ensure appropriate Cybersecurity, maintenance, enhancement, optimization, and project activities for BHS and HBSS Control Systems (HLC & LLC) are done at the right time with the most cost-effective solution. This shall include budget estimates and development of TOR and specification documents.
- A subject matter expert in IT/OT, Cyber Security, and the control system (HLC & LLC) of the BHS and HBSS with advance in-depth knowledge of the systems and technology.
- Accountable to provide leadership and guidance to the O&M Contractors, BHS& HBSS Technical team and BHS&HBSS project team related to IT/OT, Cybersecurity, and the control systems (HLC & LLC). This shall include writing and auditing cybersecurity policy, SOPs, etc
- Responsible for the expansion projects related to IT/OT and the control systems of the BHS & HBSS in both DIA and HIA.
QualificationsAbout you:
- Bachelors Degree in Computer Science or Engineering is a MUST, preferably in the field of Computer Engineering, Industrial Control System, Electrical or Electronics Engineering. Master Degree in computer related field will be highly advantageous.
- Min. 2 yrs. of experience in a supporting role of Airport/Airline IT/OT Related Systems.
- Min. 1 yrs. of experience in the implementation of OT Cybersecurity in operation critical system, OR the design, installation, QA/QC, T&C, and/or O&M of the HLC of an Automatic Sortation BHS with in-line HBSS of 4,800BPH or higher.
- Advance knowledge of the modern industrial server and network architecture including Cybersecurity regulatory requirement and industry best practice.
- Excellent written and spoken English skills, able to write SOP, TOR, technical Specification, and contract document. Able to provide training and conduct quality system audit.
- Credentials in Cyber Security and at least 1 year in Cyber Security Management will be highly advantageous.
- Project Management Credentials: PMP by PMI or Project Management Degree/Diploma and worked as PM or Project Engineer of a 1M USD (or larger) BHS/IT infrastructure project will be highly advantageous.
