1. Job Title & Summary

Lead Business Analyst- The Lead Business Analyst is responsible for end‑to‑end ownership of business and functional analysis across the program.

2. Key Responsibilities

Lead definition, structuring, and refinement of business and functional use cases.

Ensure requirements are complete, unambiguous, prioritized, and compliant with Modern Airline Retailing principle.

Support delivery teams with functional clarifications, dependency identification, and impact analysis.

3. Required Skills / Must-Have

Core Competencies

• Experience- 10-12+ years of Business Analysis / Functional Consulting experience

Skills-

• Strong business analysis and functional design expertise
• Excellent stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills
• Structured thinking and problem solving in complex environments

Domain & Technical Knowledge

• Strong understanding of Offer–Order retailing concepts, NDC, ONE Order

• Knowledge of airline commercial, distribution, and servicing processes

• Familiarity with IATA Modern Airline Retailing

4. Nice-to-Have / Preferred Skills

Knowledge of GDS systems.

5. Education & Qualifications Primary / Preferred Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, IT, or related field

• MBA or equivalent preferred
