THE WORK

The RMS F-35 Global Supply Chain & Depot Operations team is looking for an Items Analyst to support Non-Air Vehicle Sustainment Item Management. This position will work closely with other Item Analysts and cross-functional teammates in Engineering, Sourcing, Finance, Program Management, and Integrated Product teams to support overall program execution within the areas of Support Equipment (SE) & Tooling, Training (TE), Autonomic Logistics Information System (ALIS), and Pilot Flight Equipment (PFE).

The position will help to ensure world-class support is provided by the F-35 Sustainment Support group to their respective systems. Ensuring spares are distributed to meet Operational and Depot repair requirements throughout the life cycle of supported systems for replenishment, replacement, returns for repair, and parts required for aircraft modification for spares and consumables.

The individual will be responsible for managing and controlling the asset position of customer inventories, asset redistribution as necessary among sources of supply, and military operating locations by understanding and using various inventory optimization models. They will apply a forward-thinking mindset to manage supply chain risks and resolve technical and support problems for assigned classes of items by actively interfacing with cross-functional teams.

Basic Qualifications:
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel and PowerPoint, is required
• Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills are necessary
• Must be able to work as part of a team to gather and analyze data and accomplish complex tasks
• Applicant must be a United States citizen and be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance at the Secret level

• Experience in managing multiple projects or responsibilities
• Desired experience in customer service and customer relationship management
• Coordination experience across multiple internal and external organizations
• Experience with databases and the ability to extract and manipulate data

• Work or classroom experience with Excel, Access, and Tableau

Ability to Work Remotely: Part-time Remote Telework: The employee selected for this position will work part of their work schedule remotely and part of their work schedule at a designated Lockheed Martin facility. The specific weekly schedule will be discussed during the hiring process.
Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.
Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
