The Boeing Company’s Engineering Test and Technology (ET&T) - Boeing Global Services (BGS) Engineering Human Resources (HR) organization is currently seeking a Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team in Berkeley, MO! Our team is open to a broad range of experience levels including Experienced and Senior Level HR Business Partners to find the best fit for this position.
The HRBP will be a trusted partner collaborating with leadership and fellow HR teammates to provide strategic HR consultation to drive business value and create a best-in-class employee experience. The selected candidate will be a self-starting individual who possesses resiliency and adaptability to adjust to change and is an action-based problem solver that exercises strong judgement with the effective delivery of HR policy, practices, and processes. They will also have strong relationship management skills and business acumen with overall curiosity of the business.

Position Responsibilities:
Provide strategic HR consultation with leadership on workforce strategies aligned to organizational objectives and serve as an advisor to management on complex HR matters
Provide consultation and coaching to employees at all levels (executive, management, and non-management) on HR practices, policy and processes
Partner with Labor Relations, Legal, and/or Corporate Investigations on workforce matters
Provide analysis and recommendations to maintain high levels of engagement and inclusion
Facilitate action planning and follow-through with partners
Enable organizational health by facilitating actions with the business and HR Center of Excellence (COE) teammates
Develop and implement HR actions inclusive of performance management; compensation; organization design; talent planning; culture initiatives, change management and workforce planning
Utilize conflict resolution techniques to support team cohesion
Leverage data analytics for decision making and sustaining organizational trends
Lead and/or support HR initiatives/Projects and partner with leadership to design and implement workforce (union and non-union) strategies to meet organization objectives
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at one of the listed location options.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
3+ years of experience communicating and implementing HR programs, policies, practices and processes
3+ years of experience in a role utilizing business acumen and linking relevant HR strategies to business outcomes
3+ years of experience executing strategies and managing projects that promote a culture of superior customer service and exceptional employee engagement
3+ years of experience creating a workforce staffing strategy and building strategic pipelines
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Human Resources certification
5+ years of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
5+ years of experience in influencing and building strong relationships with stakeholders and senior leaders across functions
5+ years of experience in an HRG or HRBP capacity
5+ years of experience resolving employee relations issues
Experience using analytics and data to drive leaders to decisions

Summary pay range Experienced (Level 3): $81,600 - $110,400
Summary pay range Senior (Level 4): $103,700 - $140,300
