Provide Administrative support to Labor Relations team - benefits administration, new hire onboarding, general inquiries, process documentation, job bids, reporting.

Knowledgeable and capable in a specific sub-discipline of HR that could include the following:

- Benefits
- Compensation
- Employee Relations
- Recruitment
- Labor Relations
- EEO, Executive Programs, Management Development, or Special Programs.

Liaison between all Human Resources functions and line management.

Education: Bachelors Degree
Experience: At least 2-3 years of relevant experience
Citizenship: Must be US Citizen or US Person
Schedule: M-F CORE HOURS 8AM-5PM
Overtime: Dependent on business needs and prior approval from manager
