HR Administrator
Based in Budapest
Purpose of the role
In this role the jobholder will be responsible for the daily effective operation within the HR Organization with main focus end-to-end management of hard copies of the employment-related documents.
Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of hard copies of the employment related documents – both incoming and outgoing.
- Organizing physical storage of the hard copies in employees personal folders;
- Scanning the hard copies and uploading them to employee document management system in the employees personal folders;
- Archiving both physical and digital copies in compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Taking full ownership of above-mentioned processes and tasks
- Serves as a first point of contact operative issues and questions related to hard copies of the employment-related documentation
- Actively cooperates and ensures daily contact with relevant HR personnel, as well as Base Management/Base Admin support in relation of coordination of above-mentioned documents in order to ensure process efficiency and accuracy
- Responsible for data accuracy in the document management system
- Responsible for keeping the SOPs and process maps up to date
- Supports the proper and timely execution of SLAs
- Tracks the process steps based on agreed terms and provides reports
- Ad hoc report preparation
Experience
Fresh graduate; internship experience in HR is a plus
Hard skills
- Advanced computer skills, including MS Office applications
- Tech and digitization affinity; openness to learn SAP and other systems
- Ability to work with large amounts of data
Education
Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree
Language
Fluent English (both verbal and written)
