Systems Intelligence is seeking an individual who has personally operated Fires and C2 systems like AFATDS, JADOCS, JTCW, JTT, and THSv2 in a TOC, lab, or test environment and understands how these applications work together to create a common operational picture during missions or test events. This is not a typical System Admin or Network Engineer role, but rather for someone who knows COP and is willing to learn how Fires systems operate and can keep them running when it matters.
Responsibilities
- Operate and troubleshoot AFATDS, JADOCS, JTCW (with EMT), JTT, and THSv2 during live test events and daily operations.
- Ensure Fires and C2 systems remain integrated and sharing a common operational picture across ground and aviation networks.
- Support system connectivity and integration for test readiness.
- Perform light system administration for Windows, Linux, and Android-based C2 environments.
- Assist with virtualized server environments supporting C2 systems.
- Help maintain system security, account controls, and proper configurations in accordance with ATO requirements.
- Maintain accountability of classified hardware and follow lab security procedures.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with AFATDS, JADOCS, JTCW, JTT, or THSv2.
- Background in Fires, Field Artillery, or C2 systems or similar experience.
- Experience working in TOCs, labs, or test ranges supporting operational system.s
- Understanding of how C2 systems integrate across tactical networks.
- Basic system administration knowledge (Windows/Linux/Android.)
- Experience working in classified environments and following security protocols.
- 4–6 years of relevant experience operating or supporting Fires/C2 systems; or Bachelor’s degree in a related field + 3 years of experience; or Master’s degree in a related field + 2 years of experience.
Desired Qualifications:
- Former Marine Corps (0861, 0844, 0671, 0631) or Army (13 series, 140A, 255A) strongly desired.
