Job Description:

Purpose of Position
Provide right hand support to the relevant senior management members, managing all business-related affairs daily and assist with the implementation and development of any special projects to support management in the effective coordination of their daily activities and ensuring that established goals are effectively achieved.

Tasks and Responsibilities
  • Assist and support the CFO, Executive Director, Sales & Service and Director of Human Resources, manage their business affairs on a daily basis and perform all administrative/ secretarial tasks to ensure the effective coordination of their activities;
  • Organise senior management members agendas to keep their diary up-to-date and maximise their time efficiency;
  • Provide backup support for other ELT members as required;
  • Coordinate arrangements for meetings and conferences, assembling appropriate material to ensure their smooth execution;
  • Liaise with Travel to coordinate all requested travel arrangements to ensure that itinerary and accommodation are efficiently arranged;
  • Organise visits and host VIP Guests to ensure a successful visit and guarantee that the best image of NetJets is always transmitted;
  • Assist with the preparation and documents sharing, as necessary.

  • Proficiency in MS Office.
