Key responsibilities:

 

  • Provide actionable recommendations to enhance user experience and drive e-commerce performance, for instance based on test results
  • Collaborate with project managers across web and app platforms, providing insights to ensure data-driven decisions
  • Extract quantitative data from GA4 to drive high quality insights for AB-testing and optimization
  • Overall responsibility for metrics related to launching experiments
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in e-commerce analytics, applying relevant insights to improve our strategies

 

Requirements:

 

  • Ability to derive actionable insights from data sets to drive business decisions
  • Proven experience in web analysis, with a strong understanding of web analytics tool, such as GA4
  • Proficiency within tracking and debugging, both in GA4 and AB testing tools
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to make data easily accessable and understandable for others
  • Proficiency (or strong interest in) A/B-test methodology and tools, such as Optimizely Web Experimentation
  • A general understanding of statistical terms involved in the AB testing process is recommended: Statistical significance, uplift, feasibility, pre- and post-test analysis
  • Fluent in English and Norwegian
  • Onsite presence at our main office

 

Preferred Qualifications:

 

  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Statistics, Economics, or related field.
  • Experience working in a dynamic e-commerce environment
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management frameworks.
  • Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools such as Google Data Studio
