As our Merchandising Specialist, you’ll manage the content for some of our European market websites. This includes updating weekly merchandising content, supporting promotional campaigns, and maintaining accurate and relevant information across the site. You’ll ensure the customer journey is clear, consistent and optimised from landing page to booking.
You’ll take ownership of specific market sites, working closely with the wider team to deliver translated content, manage localisation plans, and support performance improvements. You’ll use content management tools to build and update pages, contribute to promotional activity, and support the delivery of new merchandising features that require development work.
You’ll help ensure content is correct, on brand, and free of errors, while using reporting tools to review performance and identify areas for improvement. Youll develop a strong working knowledge of Sitecore and provide support across the team as needed.
What you’ll bring to the team:
We’re looking for somebody who is fluent in either French or German, and is able to apply that knowledge in a digital content setting, supporting localisation, translation, and region specific content across our European market websites.
You’ll be an experienced Digital Merchandising Specialist who is confident working with digital content and has a good understanding of how websites are structured.
You’ll have created and managed content before and know how to maintain accuracy and consistency. Experience with a content management system (ideally Sitecore) would be useful, as would any understanding of SEO or personalisation tools.
You’ll be comfortable working with data and able use reporting tools like Google Analytics to support decisions and identify areas for improvement. You stay organised, plan ahead, and manage your workload independently, while contributing to a small team working towards shared goals.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
