Summary

Work with large data sets to better understand the changing worldwide geopolitical and tactical level military landscape. Use a variety of data mining/data analysis methods and data tools to build and implement models, using/creating algorithms and creating/running simulations.

Essential Duties AND Responsibilities

  • Support NSG strategies through the creation of automated collection models, dynamic analytic models, workflow automation, and any other automation processes and products as assigned.

  • Refine, enhance, and improve the operational performance of any automated solution through the evaluation of performance data, regular customer interaction, and a standardized maintenance cycle.

  • Create, modify, or apply data science and visual programming tradecraft to support and streamline analysis tasks as identified by stakeholders and the government.

  • Engineer or enhance technical solutions to problems related to IC intelligence integration, automated collections, tipping and cueing, information sharing, and visualization.

  • Conduct extensive collections and analytic modeling, data processing, data mining, and visualization.

  • Conduct gap analysis on existing technologies and processes. Provide communication to customers on the progress for projects, processes and emerging technologies as they become available.

  • Conduct research on emerging technologies and processes to be able to assess if they will be beneficial to the Collections Community.

  • Clearly communicate data-driven findings and automation to technical and non-technical audiences. automation tools or scripts to drive predictive, activity-based automated collection.

  • Conduct customer elicitation to identify processing problems due to procedures, tools, and services; workarounds that may need a permanent solution; and gaps in tools and technology. Train and integrate new tools, processes, and capabilities to be used in collection orchestration. Provide support for emerging requirements as assigned by the government.

  • Create and test the operational performance requirements and metrics of any automated solution through the evaluation of performance data, regular customer interaction, and a standardized maintenance cycle.

  • Create tools, capabilities, and workarounds based on gap analysis of existing technologies and processes.

  • Engineer, design, create, enhance, and integrate new BBN processes that utilize automation tools or scripts to drive predictive, activity-based automated collection.

  • Engineer, adapt, and create those solutions identified above. Provide support for emerging requirements as assigned by the government.

Qualifications and Education Requirement:

  • Must be a U.S. citizen

  • Proficiency in common geospatial software applications and tools, such as visual programming (JEMA, FADEMIST, ECO/ETAS), Python, SQL, Git, GIMS, AWS Sagemaker, A WS Cloud, ESRI ArcGIS, statistics (descriptive, Bayesian), Markov-Chain modeling, TensorFlow, Linear Algebra, R, SAS, NLP.

  • Must have an advanced application of your knowledge and skills in these fields and have demonstrated this knowledge and skill in previous work.

  • Capable of providing direction to lower-level employees and performing quality control and assurance checks on other employees work.

  • Expected to provide advice to Government leadership on processes, procedures, technology, and items of interest.

  • Must be able to lead collaboration across the Intelligence Community (IC) analysts in the performance of services. Such collaboration efforts should lead to better-synergized analysis than the sum of the individual parts.

  • Must be able to provide senior level support to mid-level leadership.

  • 10 Years of relevant experience.

  • Bacheloru2019s degree in a related Field.

  • Incumbent must possess active DoD TS/SCI Personal Security Clearance.

Must complyu202Fwith all company security and data protection / usage policies and procedures.u202F Personally responsible for proper marking and handling of all information and materials, in any form. Shall not divulge any information, or afford access, to other employees not having a need-to-know. Shall not divulge information outside company without management approval.u202F All government and proprietary information will be accessed and stored electronically on company provided resources.

  • Incumbent must possess active DoD TS/SCI Personal Security Clearance.

  • Preferred: TS/SCI with CI polygraph
