* Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
* 3–5 years of experience in data analysis, software development, or related field
* Experience with data analysis, quality analysis, and trend analysis
* Proficiency in software and programming for data processing and analytics
* Experience working with machine learning or AI concepts
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Ability to communicate technical information effectively to stakeholders
* Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand the English language Job Duties & Functions
* Designs and builds data pipelines and supporting infrastructure for analytics and AI initiatives
* Develops, trains, and deploys machine learning and AI models for predictive and prescriptive use cases
* Analyzes large and complex datasets to extract insights and identify trends
* Collaborates with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for AI-driven improvements
* Implements data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model evaluation techniques
* Monitors model performance and retrains models to maintain accuracy and relevance
* Ensures data quality, integrity, and governance across systems
* Develops AI-driven tools, including bots, to improve efficiency in data analysis and trend identification
