Your day-to-day
- Provide Premium customer service support to all customers and distributors
- Handling customer queries via phone, email, or live chat (salesforce)
- Respond to inbound sales orders and processing orders
- Manage and follow up on customer leads
- Manage Key accounts
- Resolve customer issues and complaints efficiently
Who we are looking for
- Experience of customer relations and team work
- An individual with customer service experience in similar environment
- Someone with excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- The ability work work under pressure
- Proficiency in all Microsoft office applications and comfortable using lotus notes databases
Ideally, you will also have
- Experience with Salesforce would be desirable
- Proficiency in a second European language (French, Czech) would be an advantage
- Experience in export military documents would be an advantage
