At easyJet holidays, we’re building a deeper understanding of our customers and how every part of their holiday experience makes them feel. As our Customer Experience Insight Analyst, you’ll help us turn feedback and data into clear actions that improve their overall holiday experience.
You’ll work with our customer experience platform, Medallia, to design surveys, capture insights, and create dashboards that show what customers are telling us. You’ll help uncover what works well and where things can be better across booking, travel, and post-holiday feedback. You’ll bring data to life, using tools like ThoughtSpot to connect feedback with operational and commercial data to show the full picture.
You’ll work closely with teams across the business to help them understand what customers need and how changes are landing. You’ll turn numbers into stories, making insight easy to understand and act on.
What you’ll bring to the team:
This is a hands-on role where curiosity and clarity matter, and it’s perfect for someone who enjoys asking questions, finding patterns, and helping other people to see things differently.
We’re looking for somebody who has worked in market research or customer insight and understands how data and feedback come together to tell a story. You’ll be confident with both qualitative and quantitative methods and know how to use CX metrics to track what really matters.
You can turn complex information into clear, actionable insights by building reports and presentations that don’t just describe what’s happening, but explain why and what to do next.
You’re comfortable working with data at scale, using tools like Excel, PowerPoint, and ideally ThoughtSpot to uncover trends and opportunities. You’ll have used Medallia (or a similar CX platform) before and want to build deep expertise to become the person others turn to for guidance and ideas.
If you have experience with SQL, Python, or R, you’ll have the chance to use and grow those skills as we continue developing our data science capability.

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model of 3 days per week in the office.
