Luton, England United Kingdom, International, United Kingdom
Position Type: Permanent
Job Description:

We like to think of ourselves as being a different place to work compared to other airlines. We’re fun, community driven, less formal, and from top to bottom we really look after each other. We also think it’s because of our ‘Orange Spirit’. That means working in teams that are positive, inclusive, united by purpose, ready to meet problems head-on, and that have your back. Whether you’re an industry veteran or just starting out, if you thrive in a team environment then we think we have the best around.

We are committed to ensuring our crew expiries and regulatory compliance meet the highest standards. Our goal is to continually enhance the management and monitoring of regulatory compliance and crew expiries within our Training Department, aligning with easyJets purpose of delivering safe and efficient service. To achieve this, we are looking for a Crew Expiries and Regulatory Compliance Analyst to optimise our crew expiries processes and support our long-term strategy.

As a Crew Expiries and Regulatory Compliance Analyst, you will manage crew expiry data, ensure regulatory compliance, and collaborate on crew training qualifications. Your responsibilities include ensuring crew members meet regulatory qualifications, monitoring and applying interventions, and resolving compliance issues while maintaining safety. You will maintain the accuracy of AIMS expiry data, develop new monitoring processes, and ensure proper recording and manipulation of expiries.

You will ensure the correct trainer presence for line and simulator training, monitor training proficiency, and take action for retraining as needed. You will update user guides and process maps, conduct regular audits, and collaborate with Training Planning to ensure accurate expiry recording.

We are looking for someone with strong attention to detail and accuracy to maintain crew expiry data integrity and a thorough understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements for crew qualifications. The ideal candidate will possess analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and implement improvements, investigate expiry-related issues within regulatory boundaries, and propose effective solutions.

Excellent cross-functional collaboration skills are essential to ensure cohesive oversight and minimize business risk. The ability to think laterally, analyse, and correlate information to provide meaningful insights for decision-making is crucial, along with efficient workload management to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.

If you are a detail-oriented, problem-solving team player who excels with data and systems, we would love to hear from you.

> BAYE, SAYE & Performance share schemes

> 5 pension

> Life Assurance

> Flexible benefits package

Location & Hours of Work

This is a full-time 40 hour per week position and can be based in Luton, Gatwick or Milan (you will need to be located within a reasonable distance to your base location).
