Job Description:

Purpose of Position

The Compliance Specialist, Associate ensures daily compliance and recordkeeping of the foundational documents required for all NetJets Aviation (NJA) crewmembers including the creation and management of their profiles, and the tracking of their initial training events to completion.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Document Management of Medicals, Pilot Licenses, Inoculations and all other records required of Crewmembers.
Process Management of all new hire training plans and fleet assignments.
Tracking of Pilot Initial Operating Experience (IOE) to include releases and FAA required linechecks.

Must develop a strong working knowledge of FAR 121 and 135 regulations.
Must be able to prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities effectively, while maintaining attention to detail.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to collaborate and effectively communicate with all levels of management and crewmembers.
Must be proficient in Microsoft Office and possess the ability to embrace new technology.
Must be able to work autonomously while demonstrating independent decision making and precise judgement.
Ability to quickly adapt and adjust to process changes in an ever-changing environment.
