Job Purpose

This role will sit in the heart of the easyJet holidays digital CRO team. You’ll represent the voice of our customer and be teeming with insights and advice based on the data you’ll gather via different digital data mechanisms, primarily Contentsquare, to support in building data driven hypotheses for AB and MVT tests and supporting the wider business with larger digital enhancements. Your ability to share insight in a clean and simple way will be key to delivering value in this role.
Your stakeholders will be colleagues in the wider digital team, technology, the commercial and customer teams and you will be supporting them by providing evidence to action data led change.

Job accountabilities

Day to day, youll be utilising Contentsquare and other analytics tools, such as Google Analytics, to delve deep into our customers journeys, crafting comprehensive reports, and underpinning business cases with ROI metrics. Your role will be pivotal in analysing data to assist the CRO team in identifying customer problem statements to constantly feed into the digital backlogs for testing and sharing opportunities with the wider business.
Analysing website performance, user behaviour and conversion funnels using analytical tools.
Identifying areas of optimisation in the conversion funnel and user journey through customer feedback, user research and data analysis.
Analysing A/B tests and reporting on the results to senior stakeholders.
Supporting easyJet holiday’s experimentation capabilities by advising hypotheses, providing in-flight analysis or conclusions, and running statistical tests.
Your analytical skills will be key when deciphering the root causes behind customer feedback and frustration. However, your responsibilities wont be limited to addressing challenges; we also anticipate you to be an
advocate for positive feedback. You will collaborate closely with the wider business to highlight our successes and strategise on how best to amplify them.
Youll provide the CRO team with invaluable data insights, aiding them in prioritising their tasks, hypotheses and validating solutions post-implementation. Your expertise will be crucial in driving broad business strategies based on the data insights you gather.
In this role, adaptability and a proactive approach are essential. Youll be expected to continuously refine feedback collection methods, master the art of presenting this data to the wider business, and ensure that insights lead to actionable change.

Skills required 

You will have Previous experience using Contentsquare to report on customer insights is essential.
Strong analytical skills, with the ability to manipulate data confidently in excel from tools such as Google Analytics (GA4).
Familiarity with hotjar, Userlytics, and other UX analytics tools would be advantageous.
Proven working experience with A/B testing platforms (e.g Optimizely)
Excellent planning and organisation skills, able to multi-task, plan, work efficiently to meet tight deadlines and prioritise workflow.
Experience with multiple user tracking tools and technologies (Contentsquare) and Google Analytics (GA)
Experience working with agile development teams and an understanding of CRO (conversion rate optimisation) practices. Experience in a CRO or Digital Analyst role.
Experience in conducting data analysis to underpin and enhance return on investment (ROI) justifications for business decisions.
Solid presentation skills, with the ability to understand and translate complex issues into clear requirements.
Experience setting up processes and reports, working with wide ranges of stakeholders.

Location & hours or work 

The role is full-time and based at our easyJet holidays HQ near Luton Airport. We operate a hybrid working model with three in-office days per week.
