Position Summary

Air Industries, A PCC Company is looking for a full-time IT Business Analyst to provide technical support for our staff. The right candidate will have a technical background, excellent problem solving skills, experience interfacing with users and documenting business processes, and the ability to foster outstanding teamwork. The candidate should be able to drive reporting requests from initial scoping through release to production.

Essential functions

  • Work collaboratively with other business functions to gather requirements and design operational reports in support of the manufacturing process.
  • Maintain existing reports published using Excel, Microsoft Access, and Microsoft SQL Server, including updating target metrics as required.
  • Recreate existing reports as required to improve performance and information.
  • Employ change management methods to assess needs and input/output requirements for issues or projects related to departmental and company objectives.
  • Create documentation pertaining to user work instructions as applicable.
  • Provides technical assistance by responding to inquiries from others regarding errors, problems, or questions.
  • Ability to manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously with a sense of urgency.
  • Employee is expected to perform other duties as directed.

Experience, Education & Qualifications

  • Must have 3-5 years of experience in a business analyst role developing reports with Microsoft Excel as the front end to Microsoft SQL Server, preferably in a manufacturing environment.
  • Candidate must have proficiency with SQL and a working knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (Office VBA).
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical or data analytics field a plus.
  • Experience performing these functions in an aerospace manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Experience with Syspro a plus.

For informational purposes only, the range of pay for this role is $30.75 to $46.25 US Dollar (USD) Hourly based on a variety of factors. For informational purposes only, this role is eligible to participate in the Company’s Quarterly Cash Bonus Plan, paid out at the quarterly bonus factor of 1X the Company’s bonus multiple, based on the Company’s performance in the applicable quarter. Employees will receive 80 hours paid time off every year. Employees will also receive 10 paid holidays. Employees (and their families) are eligible to participate in the company&39;s medical, dental, vision, and basic life insurance. Employees are eligible to enroll in the Company’s 401(k) plan.
