We’re currently seeking a Bookstore Coordinator who thrives in a dynamic environment and is passionate about supporting students and faculty.As the Bookstore Coordinator, you’ll be the go-to person for managing bookstore operations, supporting student services, and providing administrative assistance. This multifaceted role is ideal for someone who is highly organized, customer-focused, and enjoys working in a collaborative educational setting.
Key ResponsibilitiesBookstore Operations
- Manage Point of Sale (POS) system and process transactions
- Maintain inventory of books, tools, and supplies
- Reconcile receipts and prepare accounting reports
- Track bookstore expenses and update ISBN lists
- Assist with student project kits and faculty supply orders
- Oversee Learning Resource Center laptops and equipment
Student Services
- Coordinate FAA exam paperwork and testing schedules
- Support student council meetings and satisfaction initiatives
- Assist with orientation prep and student documentation
- Process tuition payments and tool orders
Administrative Support
- Handle mail, data entry, and document filing
- Order office supplies and manage campus lost & found
- Greet guests and monitor campus entrance
- Support emergency planning and safety initiatives
Qualifications - Associate degree required
- 1–3 years of experience in administrative support or customer service
- Strong multitasking and organizational skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and POS systems
- Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and phone)
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM – 4:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays
