As the Associate Training Compliance Auditor at Gulfstream, you will be responsible for planning, scheduling and tracking employee training. You will interface with various levels of the business and will act as the representative for the training organization in any internal/external audits conducted. The ideal candidate will need the following skills:

- Strong analytical skills

- Previous project management experience preferred

- Creative problem solving skills

- Previous experience in a customer facing role

- Good understanding of Gufstream business preferred

- Regulatory and compliance experience is a plus

- Experience with the Microsoft Office Suite

- Familiarity with a Learning Management System (LMS) preferred

- Lean Six Sigma experience preferred


Education and Experience Requirements
Associate's Degree or equivalent combination of education and training experience sufficient to successfully perform the essential functions of the job. Basic understanding of requirements. Regulatory and corporate policy preferred. Entry level position.

Position Purpose:

Under close supervision, coordinates, communicates, documents, audits and reports on training events for employees within an assigned business unit or repair station. Provides support to management and its employees on all aspects of training information and activity. Basic understanding of requirements: compliance, legal, regulatory, and internal processes. Monitors and tracks requirements and proficiency certifications to sustain currency and compliance. Audits, tracks, and maintains training records to ensure accuracy of data. Understands support activities during internal and external audit activities. Researches, plans, and organizes training activities.

Job Description

Principle Duties and Responsibilities:

Essential Functions:

  1. Single point-of-contact to represent the business unit or repair station with regard to training requests, communication, and questions.
  2. Basic understanding of Gulfstream University and HR Technologies processes and documentation standards.
  3. Provides training related support during audit activity for various legal, compliance, and regulatory entities, e.g., OSHA, ISO/OHSAS, EASA, FAA, CAAC, HKAD, 135 operators, etc., (as applicable).
  4. Partner with appropriate personnel to ensure proper documents and processes are being followed.
  5. Develops relationships with appropriate personnel to plan and schedule learning activities and maintain a current schedule of training.
  6. Develops relationships with external vendor partners to schedule and support training requirements specific to the Gulfstream product.
  7. Provide regular communication to management and personnel on upcoming training audits, events and schedules.
  8. Accept registration requests and complete registration process in the Learning Management System (LMS).
  9. Document learning activities in the Learning Management System (LMS) i.e., creation, distribution, collection, and completion of rosters, evaluations, etc.
  10. Document and report on learning activity attendance (no-show reporting and rescheduling activities).
  11. Audits and reports compliance and regulatory proficiencies.
  12. Audits and reports annual, biennial and triennial computer-based training (CBT) requirements.
  13. Audits and reports training requirements that are specific to job families or job codes (DQR/CDI, ESD, etc).
  14. Provide certification expiration reports to notify management and personnel of upcoming and past due proficiencies.
  15. Audits, track, and support annual Personnel Training Needs Assessment (PTNA) activity.
  16. Audits, track, and support training and activities applicable to individual and corporate awards and recognition (Master Technician, FAA AMT Award, AEA Award, etc.) .

Additional Functions:

  1. Supports management with planning and scheduling of training. .

Perform other duties as assigned.

Other Requirements:

  1. Basic user of PowerPoint, MSWord, Excel, Outlook and development software.
  2. Learning Management System (LMS) software and reporting software experience preferred.
  3. Good organizational skills, strong verbal and written communication skills and team work skills.
  4. Knowledge of commonly-used concepts, practices, and procedures within field.
  5. Limited travel may be required.
  6. Ability to support training activities for all shifts and facilities.
