Join our Facilities Project Management/Construction Management team within Global Real Estate and Facilities (GREF) as an Experienced Facilities Project Administrator (Level 2) supporting critical site construction related projects. Your work location will be Tukwila, Washington, supporting project activities at both our Tukwila and Kent Boeing sites.
This position helps lead and support a project team of internal and external stakeholders in successful delivery of critical construction and equipment installation projects supporting a wide array of Boeing business partners. You will be joining a high performing team delivering project execution from design through construction.
Position Responsibilities:
With minimal assistance on projects, evaluates contractor proposals and administers contractor activities
Develops work packages (to include budget/funding source, schedule, drawings, specifications, statement of work, procurement, estimates)
Coordinates with stakeholders to create an agreed to implementation plan
Assembles & releases work packages by collecting and integrating documents
Evaluates requests & meets with customer to define requirements for projects
Creates layouts; monitors and coordinates implementation activities on projects
This position is expected to be 100 onsite. The selected candidate will be required to work onsite in Tukwila, Washington.
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):
1+ years of experience in project or construction management
Experience working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
1+ years of experience managing projects & applying standard project management tools (e.g. MS Project, Gantt charts, status/resource load charts)
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):
Bachelors degree or higher (architecture, project management, construction management, engineering/technical related field preferred)
Professional verbal and written communication skills
Experience in an industrial manufacturing environment supporting facilities/building infrastructure
Experience using AutoCAD and Procore
Experience monitoring & coordinating implementation activities such as relocations, construction, utility budget management, schedule, and project reviews

Summary pay range: $73,950 - $100,000
