As a Business Systems Analyst you will act as a liaison between the ERP DevOps team and the users of technology corporate wide.

What you’ll do:

• Develops and maintains an understanding of company business processes, data inputs/outputs, and the application functionality required to make those business processes cost-effective and efficient

• Provides direct primary system support for users of global corporate systems and acts as a liaison between general users and technical programming resources.

• Identifies, leads and coordinates a core team of subject matter experts to define and create system designs in accordance with the ERP Products and DevOps methodology.

• Reviews system designs with functional areas in all business units to gain acceptance and consensus ensuring user, customer, and legal requirements are met.

What skills you will require:     

• Post-Secondary education in a related field of study or equivalent experience

• Comprehensive knowledge and understanding of a broad range of company processes and supporting Business Systems functionality is considered an asset.

• Exceptional planning, organizational, analytical, leadership, decision-making, oral and written communication skills.

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with various levels of technical and non-technical stakeholders throughout the organization 

• Experience in system analysis using SQL, business applications development, or project management is considered an asset.

• Experience with Oracle E-Business suite applications is also considered an asset.

• Ability to travel.  Requirement varies but possibility of approx. 2-8 weeks per year of international travel may be required.

Preferred:

3+ years of Business Analysis experience on IT related delivery and/or system implementations preferably in Customer Service, Finance or Supply Chain systems.
