Morson Talent are currently recruiting for an Administrative Assistant to work on the behalf of one of our reputable Aerospace clients based in Yeovil, Somerset. This role is a contract for 4 months, with possibility of extension.
Performs a variety of administrative functions.
Perform scanning of multi-media data source, utilising scanners, and MS office tools.
Create indexing of data and loading into Honeywell Product Data Management system.
Performs a variety of tasks.
Typically reports to a supervisor or manager.
Works under general supervision.
Requires a high school diploma with related experience and able to show proven capabilities in the field or in a related area.
Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals.
A certain degree of creativity and latitude is required.
MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS: Full BPSS* Screening (*Baseline Personnel Security Standard), including proof of Legal Right to Work, Criminal Records Check, i.e. UK DBS and Drugs Screening.
8am – 5pm Monday to Friday.
