This role requires exceptional professionalism, discretion, and the ability to manage complex priorities in a fast-paced, executive environment. The successful candidate will serve as a trusted partner, enabling effective leadership, streamlined operations, and strong support across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesExecutive & Administrative SupportProvide direct administrative support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and travel arrangementsServe as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on behalf of executive leadershipPrepare, proofread, and format executive-level correspondence, presentations, reports, and briefing materialsManage expense reports, invoices, and administrative documentation in accordance with company policiesOperational & Organizational SupportCoordinate cross-functional meetings, leadership reviews, and client-related engagementsTrack action items, deadlines, and follow-ups to ensure timely execution of prioritiesAssist in the planning and coordination of department initiatives, projects, and eventsMaintain organized electronic and physical filing systems, ensuring confidentiality and data integrityClient Engagement SupportSupport client-facing activities by coordinating meetings, materials, and communicationsAssist with preparation of client presentations, proposals, and engagement documentationAct with professionalism and discretion when handling sensitive client and business informationCommunication & CollaborationDraft and distribute internal communications on behalf of the SVP as neededPartner closely with other executive assistants, leadership team members, and key stakeholdersAnticipate executive needs and proactively resolve administrative or operational challenges

What you need to succeed (minimum qualifications) High school diploma or equivalent; associate or bachelor’s degree preferredMinimum of 3–5 years of experience providing administrative support to senior leaders or executivesAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams)Exceptional organizational, time-management, and multitasking skillsStrong written and verbal communication skillsProven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretionConsistently prioritizes safety and security of self, others, and personal data.Embraces diverse people, thinking, and styles.Possesses a high school diploma, GED, or high school equivalency.Is at least 18 years of age and has authorization to work in the United States.
