Description

The accounting intern position will be responsible for certain matters associated with general accounting, including preparing journal entries, coding AP invoices, analyzing vendor payments, and assisting with payroll journal entries.

 

Responsibilities

  • Assist in coding AP invoices from vendor partners in our accounting software
  • Prepare assigned general ledger reconciliations for balance sheet accounts, as assigned
  • Provide support for and enter journal entries into the general ledger, as assigned
  • Assist in analyzing vendor invoices compared with contracted rates and quantities
  • Assist in analyzing and processing vendor payments
