What You’ll DoAs an Accounts Payable Specialist, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:
Processing accounts payable and related financial transactions with accuracy and efficiency
Supporting accounting, estimating, cost analysis, tax, and other business objectives through financial data management
Reviewing transactions to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures
Assisting with accounts receivable, travel accounting, payroll, and disbursement controls as needed
Preparing financial documents and reports
Performing basic reconciliations and investigating discrepancies
Coordinating with employees, suppliers, customers, and internal departments to resolve payment or invoice issues
Helping maintain organized financial records and documentation
What We’re Looking ForRequired QualificationsHigh school diploma or equivalent
Minimum of 4 years of related accounting, accounts payable, or finance experience
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
Experience processing financial transactions and reconciling accounts
Ability to communicate effectively with internal teams and external partners
Proficiency with standard office and accounting systems
Preferred QualificationsExperience in aerospace, aviation, manufacturing, or other complex industries
Knowledge of compliance controls and financial reporting processes
Ability to prioritize multiple deadlines in a high-volume environment
Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
