Receive supplier invoices
Issue supplier invoices for authorisation
Input supplier invoices into ERP system
Liaise with suppliers/colleagues to resolve invoice-payment queries
Prepare supplier payments via online banking
Conduct monthly supplier statement reconciliations
Post cash payments in the ERP system
Maintain database

Skills and Experience

Excellent communication skills
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
Excellent organisational skills and ability to adapt to change
Experience with ERP systems
Good knowledge of MS Office Applications
Excellent data entry skills with good attention to detail
The role will require the individual to obtain airside passes for various airports, as well as complete full security vetting (SC)
